Logistics Consulting has undertaken and completed electronic Procurement Plans for Principals on three major turnkey Contracts (Contract Values ranging between A$60 and A$80 Million each).
This method of constructing a Procurement Plan allowed for the consolidation of each project/client specific procurement policies and procedures into searchable electronic books.
The example below consolidated a 3000 page, 3 volume manual Procurement Plan.
Electronic Procurement Plan
Using the e-book method each project was able to:
1. Inform and train new procurement starters on the particular projects requirements.
2. Consolidate each projects procurement requirements into a central electronic repository for project approved access.
3. Easily deploy for approved users each e-book via desktop, CD -Rom, on a projects intranet or internet portal.
