Emporium allows your company to undertake a commercially appropriate end to end purchasing process with your nominated supplier's.
Purchaser's can manage their commodity types (materials and services) from requisitioning through to issuing a purchase order and letters of regret.
Purchaser's can review individual or comparative supplier data and decide who they wish to purchase commodities from, as well as determine potential commercial risk in dealing with a supplier prior to awarding a purchase order to them.
Invited supplier's can use Emporium to submit quotations as requisitions are allocated for purchase via a bill of materials (BOM). Each supplier can access quotations under consideration by the purchaser. Negotiate terms and conditions and review purchase orders awarded.
