Glenn Turley (Dip. PMMNZ, Member of CIPSA) is a trained specialist/consultant with twenty years project procurement, contracts/supply experience. 

Project Procurement 

He undertakes work on medium to large value construction projects for principals and prime contractors requiring the intensive management of procurement systems, packages and people. Assignments have been in the capacity of Procurement Manager, Procurement Supervisor and Procurement Lead.  Assignments have involved mobilising and leading teams or undertaking work as a sole consultant based on a client's need. Glenn is well versed in undertaking project activities based in Engineering offices, On site/within the field or in remote locations.

Strategic Procurement and Project Management

Glenn also undertakes assignments for client's assisting them to reengineer their business and make it more efficient and transparent. This includes:

  • centralising their procurement function;
  • strategic procurement recomendations;
  • Electronic systems tools review, implementation, upgrades and advice, 

Procurement Automation - Glenn has worked for the last six years at integrating paper based procurement and materials management systems into e-commerce functional tools to achieve productivity improvement and supplier cost reductions.

Projects undertaken in Australia, New Zealand and Indonesia. Also worked on projects located in Papua New Guinea, Fiji and Macau. Procurement of Major Engineered Equipment, Contract Works, Consultancy Agreements, Field and Remote Location Procurement.

Glenn has fifteen years working experience in project specific Procurement, Contracts and Materials Management on large Engineer, Procure and Contract (EPC) contracts.
